Compared with traditional rigid LED modules, it adopts a flexible structure and large-angle bending design, breaking conventional limitations and delivering smooth, elegant curves that create stunning artistic effects and vibrant visuals.
Equipped with dedicated 16-bit high grayscale, high refresh constant-current IC, featuring anti-shadow circuitry to protect LEDs and prevent surge leakage.
Standard module size 320 × 160 mm, with low current, low heat generation, high contrast and high refresh rate.
XR soft module series is ideal for cylindrical screens, spiral screens, wave-shaped screens, ribbon screens, widely used in exhibition halls, science museums, urban planning centers, art galleries, museums, creative centers, and more.
The cabinet adopts a high-strength metal structure with a segmented assembly process to effectively reduce seams between panels.
The module uses a strong magnetic front installation system, with adjustable magnets to improve flatness. Supports front maintenance with special tools, suitable for limited-space installations.
PCB uses flexible FPC and a silicone bottom shell with excellent flexibility and static-resistant properties.
Ultra-thin design with a thickness of only 8.6 mm, lightweight and space-saving.
PCB is fixed to the bottom shell using copper columns + adhesive, forming a lock-type metal base for enhanced durability.
Each module is equipped with 18 high-strength magnets, each up to 2000 GS, solving common issues like detachment and warped edges, ensuring better flatness and overall performance.
